Holistic Intuitive Health Session

Service Description

As true healing and balance require an integrative approach, we will address the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components that are at the root of your symptoms. During this initial session we will spend some of our time in discussion of where you are and where you want to be with your health, and the remainder in treatment to alleviate the stress in the nervous system, eliminate thoughts, feelings and considerations that are preventing you from feeling greater ease, and prepare the body to receive the healing work to follow in future sessions. This session will include Access Bars/Energetic Restorative Session or other energy medicine techniques. Before you leave we will discuss next steps with take home suggestions and follow up times. While 3 or more sessions are often required to see bigger shifts, you can expect to notice some greater ease after the initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled session to reschedule. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, I am unable to reschedule the session and your payment is forfeited.
